Shopping – Through this Website, you will be able to purchase Herde de Ferme products and gift cards. We ask for information such as your name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, email address and payment card information in order to process your purchase, confirm your order and ship the items to you.
Email and Newsletter Lists – When you create an account with Herde de Ferme, you will be given the option to be added to the Herde de Ferme email list. Whether or not you select this option, your personal information will never be shared with or sold to anyone. You will also be prompted at various points to sign up for our newsletter. All subscriptions to the email list can be cancelled at any time. To be removed from our email list, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name and email address in the message, or click the unsubscribe button found at the bottom of the emails we send you. Please allow us ten (10) business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of our promotions may already have been in process before you submitted your request.
Purchases – When you place an order, you will be asked to provide your credit card information. Herde de Ferme does not store this information.
Customer Service – If you call our Customer Service center, we may ask for information such as your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number and if you choose to make a purchase, your credit card information. Please be prepared to offer this information. We use this information to assist you and to process your transaction.
Email A Friend – You may be able to share certain content from this Website with your friends. In order to do so, we may ask for information such as your name and email address. We will not include any other advertisements within the message sent your friends.

SHIPMENT OF AN ORDER
Orders will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the restrictions contained on the Website. All purchases from the Website are made pursuant to the terms and conditions found on the Website. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Website pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
- Shipping within 4-6 business days, for orders placed Monday to Friday by 12pm EST
- Packages will be delivered between 9am-8pm, Monday to Friday
- Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes
MAKING A RETURN
Please send an email to email@example.com with “Return Request” and Your Order Number included in the subject line. Please include the name of the product you’d like to return, the size and color of the item and the reason for making a return (we love hearing all your feedback). Our customer service team will reply. Thank you in advance for your patience.
- Herde de Ferme accepts returns on product shipped within the United States only.
- We DO NOT accept returns for items shipped internationally.
- Returns on full-price merchandise must be requested within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
- Please note, many of our products are hand made and/or hand finished and therefore, may vary slightly in color, texture and finish. These are not considered quality issues and will not be grounds for returns.
- You will receive a store credit. No refunds are issued.
- Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included.
- All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns.
